How long does it take to get results?

- Standard PCR:
  - 24-36 Hours for tests administered on Mon-Thurs
- Monday for tests administered on Fri-Sat
- Rapid PCR:
  - 1-3 Hours, subject to daily volume

What is the cost?

- Standard PCR: Free with Insurance
- Rapid PCR: $175 per test

When do I pay?

- There is no payment required for Standard PCR tests, if you have valid insurance.
- Payment for Rapid Tests are collected on-site during the check-in process. We accept credit cards only. No cash or checks will be accepted.

How is the test administered?

- Standard PCR: Nasal swab, administered by a trained healthcare professional.
- Rapid PCR: Nasal swab, administered by a trained healthcare professional.

How are the results distributed?

- Standard PCR: Patients receive an email & text alert when results are complete. Results can then be viewed through the “Online Portal” (make this an active link, same as above).
- Rapid PCR: Results are emailed directly to the patient when complete.

Do they work for travel?

Most international travel locations require a PCR test from a CLIA certified laboratory within 72-hours from departure. Both our Standard PCR & Rapid PCR tests meet the above requirements for most locations. But, please note that you are responsible for confirming local travel restrictions with each airline, destination & country you are visiting. Also, HealthySpace is not currently an approved testing vendor for the State of Hawaii.

Do they work for returning to school after exposure?

Yes, the HealthySpace Standard PCR & Rapid PCR tests meet the requirements provided by most schools & school districts in the State of California.

What should I do if I test positive?

We recommend following the CDC Guidelines.
